Im 19 years old and Im startin to lose my hair, just 5 minutes ago I was running my hand through my hair pretty rough and hair kept falling. i felt like doing this untill no more would fall but I started to get angry so I stopped. What is the 1st step towards finding out what I can do to get my hair back?

Hey mate. I know how you feel,i was 17 when mine started! My loss has been very aggressive too. If it gets noticeable then having your hair short can bring confidence back, but as for proper treatments nizoral and proscar/propecia as soon as possible. Also minoxidil if your loss isnt diffuse.
